Individual therapy is perhaps the most traditional form of therapy. I see individuals, couples, and families. My belief is that the individual space should feel warm and comfortable. When coming in to my office, I invite my clients to kick their shoes off and curl up with a cup of coffee (or tea).
Sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. Should we find that we need more time, we will discuss the possibility of 90 minute sessions.
In partnerships, we all bring our own stories and experiences to the table. This is the power and the beauty of relationships, but can also bring quite a challenge in learning to communicate in a language that each person can understand. I see couples who are facing all different life struggles and try to bring comfort and understanding to the space.

Psychotherapy groups can be one of the most impactful and and powerful ways to learn more about yourself and how you show up in relationships. As humans, we have a deep desire to be seen, known, and understood. Group gives us the opportunity to experience that within a safe container. You may start off not knowing anything about your fellow group members, but given time and your willingness to show up, it can turn out to be a gratifying and freeing experience.
Group fees are $75 per group, paid monthly at the start of each month.
